Can I request a custom design or submit my own artwork for a mouse pad?
We currently do not offer customization services, which includes creating custom designs or placing submitted artwork onto our mouse pads. All of our products have been carefully curated and crafted to maintain the quality and uniqueness of our brand. While we’re unable to accommodate custom requests, we encourage you to browse our wide selection of designs to find something you’ll love.
Why do you only sell 32x27cm mouse pads?
We currently focus on 32x27cm mouse pads because our equipment is best suited for this size at the moment. However, we’re excited about the future and already have plans to expand our offerings. Once we acquire the necessary equipment, we’ll introduce a variety of larger sizes, including 45x40cm, 60x30cm, 70x30cm, 80x30cm, and 80x40cm. In fact, many of our designs are already formatted and ready for these larger sizes.
Will the colors of my mouse pad look exactly like what I see on the website?
We’re committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, it’s important to understand that slight differences may occur between the colors you see on our website and the colors on the mouse pad you receive. These variations are normal and arise due to several factors.
First, the images displayed on our website are digital renders created using the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color model, which is optimized for screens and capable of producing millions of vibrant colors. However, the sublimation printing process we use to produce our mousepads relies on CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) inks. The CMYK color model has a smaller range of colors compared to RGB, meaning that certain hues, particularly very bright or vivid tones, may appear slightly lighter or less intense in the final product. This is a natural limitation when converting digital colors to physical prints.
Additionally, the sublimation process itself can introduce subtle variations. During printing, ink is transferred to the mouse pad material using heat. This interaction with the fabric can cause slight shifts in tone or brightness. While sublimation produces durable and high-quality prints, these small differences are a normal part of the process and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.
Another factor to consider is your screen’s display settings. Colors on digital screens are affected by brightness, resolution, and calibration. As a result, the way an image appears on your monitor or device may not match how it looks on another screen or in real life. Variations in monitor settings, such as increased brightness or non-standard calibration, can make colors appear more vibrant or different from their true printed tones.
We make every effort to ensure that the images on our website closely represent the final product, but some differences are unavoidable for the reasons mentioned above. However, rest assured that while there may be slight variations in color, all the intricate details of the design remain intact. We carefully quality-check every mouse pad to ensure the print is vibrant, clear, and true to the original design. What is Your Shipping Policy?
We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping process:
Production Time:
Each mouse pad is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 5-12 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Customs and Duties (International Orders):
For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees.
What is Your Return Policy?
Each mouse pad is made to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@renfall.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product. We will review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Important Notes:
- We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for minor variations in color or design. Slight differences are expected due to the printing process on polyester fabric and variations in screen settings.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for replacement.
